Prince Seeiso and Prince Harry have just returned from a working trip to Lesotho visiting Sentebale's projects.
During their trip the Princes re-visited projects including the LCCU, Mants'ase Childrens Home, and Kananelo School for the Deaf.
At the LCCU the Princes were given a guided tour of the recent building work by Architect for Aids volunteer Pedro Clark. They were shown the wing of the new LCCU which is near completion, as well as being shown around the site and playing with the children.
The trip also included an introduction to new local and international organisations working with orphans and vulnerable children.
The Princes attended a Kick 4 Life testing event where around 500 children gathered together for a day of football and games, while also being tested for HIV/AIDS by the Baylor Clinic and the Clinton Foundation. Children who were found positive were then offered treatment and counselling. The day was a great success in ensuring that infected children are tested and treated for the virus, while also educating and raising awareness about HIV/AIDS.
At Mants'ase Childrens Home there was a tour of the new vegetable plot and chicken house, which are providing a great source of food for the children.
Sentebale is currently beginning a new phase in its relationship with the Kananelo Centre for the Deaf. Prince Seeiso and Prince Harry were welcomed here by dancing children and they tried their hands at sign language.
