Sentebale's Christmas Card Competition!

Sentebale held a Christmas card competition for all of the children in our partner organisations.

A wonderful array of cards were created with some beautiful designs and ideas.

The winner was Zyoyo Zilio from Pulane Children's Centre whose card below with the horse was chosen by our Chief Executive Kedge Martin as the winner.

In second place was 11 year old Mostuoa Motseleloa from St Bernadette's Centre for the Blind with the Forget me Not card below. Here at St Bernadette's they included 'Happy Christmas' messages inside the cards in Braille using the Braille writing machines that we brought for them.

Some of the messages inside the cards from the children to Sentebale included:

"Kea Leboha is our way of saying THANK YOU!
Your caring has made a difference!"
Mary Kalane

"Many children had better life opportunities but for us children with disabilities no one had ever thought of, Sentebale seek for funding and you gave support that changed us".
Salfiri Nkoane, 12 years old. Thuso Centre.
