Concert for Diana

Sentebale was lucky enough to be one of the beneficiaries of Concert for Diana on 1st July and a new opportunity has arisen for us to benefit from the Concert.

A limited number of the wonderful official commemorative programmes for Concert for Diana are now available on-line from www.concertfordiana.com.
Sentebale benefits directly from each programme sold.

Originally only available on the day of the concert at Wembley Stadium, the programme for Concert for Diana has 128 pages packed with fabulous photographs of the Princess, including previously unseen childhood photographs, as well as specially commissioned articles about her, including some by her friends and family.

Also included are wonderful photos of the artists who made Concert for Diana such an unforgettable occasion, and double page profiles of the Concert beneficiaries, to whom all proceeds from the sale of these programmes will go.

More than 60,000 people joined Prince William and Prince Harry at Wembley Stadium on 1st July 2007 to celebrate the life of their mother Diana, Princess of Wales on what would have been her 46th birthday.

Around 15 million people from across the UK watched Concert for Diana at home, and it was broadcast to over 500 million homes in 140 countries.

It was intended to be a celebration of the life of the late Princess rather than a fundraiser. All net proceeds from the Concert, however, will go to the charities chosen by Prince William and Prince Harry.

A limited number of programmes are now available to buy through the Concert website. The DVD of the entire concert is currently in production and will be released later in the year.
